How do I use Sole Balm? In the morning after your shower. Apply to the soles, arches, heels and calves in the morning. Massage for 30 to 60 seconds. 

At night: Put on a pair of warm socks. Use it as the last thing you do before bed  the signal to your body that the day is done.

Will it tingle? Peppermint oil creates a gentle cooling sensation on the feet. A mild tingle is normal and fades within a few minutes. If your skin is sensitive, try a small patch on your forearm first.
