Refund policy

We want you to love every product you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.


All Sales Are Final on Opened Products

Due to the nature of our handcrafted wellness and body care products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. This policy ensures the safety and integrity of every product for all of our customers.


Unopened Items

If you are unsatisfied with an unopened product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In original packaging
  • Free from damage caused after delivery

To initiate a return, email us at somaracare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved and the item is received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a clear photo of the item and your order number to somaracare@gmail.com and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return your eligible unopened item and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used body care and wellness products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Somora Rituals is not responsible for lost return packages.
