Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time Once shipped, standard delivery within the US typically takes 5–7 business days. Total delivery time is processing time plus shipping time.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages Somora Rituals is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If your package appears lost, please contact us at somaracare@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
