Cancellation policy

You may cancel a subscription or pre-order at any time before the next billing or fulfillment date. To cancel, contact us at somaracare@gmail.com with your order number and we will process your request promptly.

Cancellations requested after a order has been processed or shipped for that billing cycle will take effect on the following cycle. Refunds are not issued for already-processed subscription orders unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number and we will provide a replacement or refund.
