All SOMARA orders ship from Austin, Texas. We handcraft every balm in small batches, so most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping rates

Free shipping on all orders over $45.
Standard shipping (USPS First Class): $4.95
Priority shipping (USPS Priority Mail): $8.95

Delivery times

Standard shipping typically arrives in 3 to 7 business days. Priority shipping typically arrives in 2 to 3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by SOMARA.

Order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. If you have questions about your shipment, reach out to us at somaracare@gmail.com.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your SOMARA ritual. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions

Items must be in their original condition. Because our balms are applied directly to the body, we can only accept returns on unused or lightly used products (less than 25% used) for hygiene reasons.

How to return

Email us at somaracare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping address and process your refund within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the item.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please email us with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost.
